Novice - 9 and 10 - Age on or before November 29th

Registration Information
1. Your athlete must be registered in SportPlus before submitting any documents.
2. The documents needed to complete your registration are as follows: a. Copy of your athlete's birth certificate
b. Athlete physical filled out on TVYFL form (will not accept forms filled out by chiropractor) c. June 2026 report card (JV and Varsity only)
